As a semi-serious or professional athlete, I want to be able to analyze my workouts better than TrainingPeaks. For intervals workouts or even aerobic workouts it would be helpful to see compliance to watts, compliance to heart range goals, compliance with your workouts over a period of time, time spent out of compliance either on the low or high end, etc. It shouldn’t be hard to show if you’re outside your target range and perhaps send an alert saying you might need to adjust goals if you push to hard or something similar. In TrainingPeaks you have to hunt for the information and the compliance score means nothing without a breakdown of the formula. it would be useful for feedback on how hard or slow to push yourself for certain workout in the future.
